Shellheads

Shellheads is a combination of two of my favorite things - coffee and comics. I wanted to create an identity that was a nod to one of the most recognizable characters in comics today. But most of all, I wanted to convey the identity of the shop and what it offered to people who might not be familiar with the store.

Located in New York City, I wanted to give the identity of the shop a sharp and industrial spin, but also make it feel modern and fresh. Branding of the store was done in black and gold to emphasize the bold feel of the store and a type treatment that conveyed its industrial roots.

This is a personal project and is intended for demonstrative and nonprofit use. All copyrights and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
